The station is equipped with two air-conditioned conference halls with 100 seating capacity each. One of them is modelled in the shape on a house boat and equipped with latest audio visual aids and power backup. This one is ideal for conduct of high-level meetings, workshops and similar programmes. The hall has hosted international conferences of repute. The other hall is suitable for training, classes and get-togethers. The halls are also allotted for booking for outside programmes under the discretion of the station head who can be contacted at adramb@kau.in or rarsamb@kau.in
